Deposit:

We require a minimum deposit to secure your booking (which will be explained in your confirmation). Payment can be made via cash or bank transfer and must be received within 5 days to secure your booking. Once your deposit is paid that amount will be deducted from your final payment. (When paying your deposit via bank transfer please ensure you use the reference giving or your payment may be lost. Please note: The deposit amount is per booking and not for each inflatable/equipment you book).

All payments are non-refundable, however they can be transferred if you wish to change your hire date or equipment with enough given notice. Once we have received your booking we will email a confirmation for you to pay your deposit, once we have received your deposit we will confirm receipt by email. If we DO NOT receive your deposit within 5 days the equipment requested will become available for others.

If your booking is due to be outdoors and bad weather conditions occur on your hire day (heavy rain/high winds etc) we may need to cancel your booking due to health and safety risks. If this occurs then your deposit can be transferred to another date within 12 months of your hire date. Please contact us if you require further information.

Payment Terms:

The remaining balance is to be paid on the delivery or before the day of hire. We can accept bank transfers up to 24 hours prior to your hire. We do not accept cheques or cards on the day of the hire. If you wish to pay the remaining balance before your hire date this can be paid via bank transfer any time prior, you must make us aware of any payments. Please call or email us for more info.

Cancellations:

Cancellations with more than 14 days of the hire date are offered to transfer their deposit within 12 months. Cancellations within 14 days of the hire date are subject to a 50% charge of the total hire price or £30 whichever is greater.

Cancellations within 5 days of the hire date are subject to a 100% charge of the total hire price or £30 whichever is greater.

Cancellations on the day or upon delivery will be subject to 100% charge of the total hire charge or £30 whichever is greater.

Cancellations can be made on the day of hire if wet weather / high wind occurs (subject to our discretion) as long as at least 1 hour notice is given by calling us on 01934 611752

If you cancel within the time scales above, then your cancellation amount will include deposit amount paid.
